Paprika Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
    1 -2 celery rib, chopped
    6 green onions, chopped (white and light green parts)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise (or more or less)
    1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
    1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon tarragon
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together in a bowl to evenly mix.
    Chill until ready to serve.
