Figs And St Andre Triple Creme Cheese - cooking recipe

16 ripe figs
1/2 lb triple cream brie (I prefer St Andre)
pepper, grinder
Preparation
-
Quarter the ripe figs without cutting through.
Pinch the bottoms and the fig will open.
Slather on the St Andre.
Have a pepper grinder handy.
