Edamame Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups edamame, frozen, shelled
    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/3 cup mint leaf, packed
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons water
Preparation
    Puree edamame, walnuts, mint, green onion, and salt in food processor until finely chopped. With motor running, add lemon juice and water. Process until smooth.
