Thai Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados
    1/2 cucumber, cut into 1/2 inch slices peel on
    1 3/4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
    1/2 lime, juice of
    3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
    1/2 teaspoon finely chopped lemongrass
Preparation
    Peel and pit the avocados, then place in a blender with the other ingredients and blend on high until very smooth (45 seconds-1 minute). Let the mixture rest in the fridge for at least two hours to blend flavours. Garnish with mint leaves and diced cucumber.
