German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 -6 apples (peeled, cored, cut into thin slices)
    1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, oil and vanilla until foamy.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients (sugar through salt) in a separate bowl.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in apple slices gently.
    Spread into a 9x13 baking pan.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake 350\u00b0F for 40-60 minutes.
