Ingredients
    14 ounces asparagus, cuts 1/2 the liquid drained
    1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped (approx. 2 med. tomatoes)
    1/3 cup red onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    6 drops red pepper sauce
    1 dash black pepper
Preparation
    PLace asparagus with half the can liquid in a blender. Cover & process until smooth.
    In a med. bowl, mix the blended asparagus with the remaining ingredients. Cover & refrigerate for one hour.
    Serve with choppped veggies or low fat tortilla chips.
