Orange Hazelnut Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach
    4 cups mandarin oranges
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup hazelnuts
Preparation
    Wash spinach well. Drain.
    I use Mandarin oranges in a can. Drain.
    In a large bowl, toss together spinach and oranges.
    In a medium bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika. Pour.
    over the spinach and oranges. Toss to coat.
    Chop hazelnuts and sprinkle over the top and serve.
