Country Spare Ribs - cooking recipe

3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 -4 lbs country-style pork ribs
Preparation

Roast pork at 300-350 for around 2 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce: Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer 45 minutes.
Pour all off all grease, add barbecue sauce.
Bake at 250-275 45 min to 1 hr, basting occasionally.
