Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup soft butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F
    Sift flour again with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
    In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each egg.
    Stir in flour mixture, and milk alternately.
    Pour into greased muffin pans and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
