Butter Tarts - Company'S Coming - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup corn syrup
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 large egg
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons coconut
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 pinch salt
12 tart shells, or
24 miniature tart shells

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375*.
Cream brown sugar, syrup and butter will in a medium bowl.
Add next 6 ingredients. Stir well.
Divide among tart shells.
Bake for 20 minutes or 10-15 minutes in mini shells.
