Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g vine cherry tomatoes
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    maldon sea salt
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 200\u00b0C Place the tomatoes in a roasting tray and drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
    Season and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the tomatoes are cooked.
