Bombay Sapphire Bramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces gin (Bombay Sapphire recommended)
2/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar (extra fine sugar)
1/2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor (berry liqueur) or 1/2 ounce creme de cassis (berry liqueur)
1 blackberry
lemon wedge
crushed ice
Preparation

Add the Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and caster sugar to a short glass / tumbler and stir.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Drizzle the berry liqueur over the top and watch it 'marble' through the drink. Top up with more crushed ice and garnish with 1 blackberry and a wedge of fresh lemon.
