Fiesta Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 -3 cups enchilada sauce
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 cup elbow macaroni
    1 3/4 cups water
Preparation
    COOK meat and garlic in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is evenly browned; drain.
    ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
