Oatmeal Blackberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce (or oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups blackberries, chopped (juice too)
Preparation

1) Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
2) Combine wet ingredients and blackberries in large bowl.
3) Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
4) Line muffin pan with cups, or spray with cooking spray (I use cups).
5) Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
