Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups sauerkraut (27oz. can)
    1 cup celery, minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 1/4 cups salad oil
    1 1/3 cups vinegar
    1 1/4 cups sugar
Preparation
    Wash and rinse sauerkraut. Wash again. Add celery, onions, and green pepper. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together; pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand overnight. Keeps in refrigerator for several days.
