Berry Blast Energy Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 large banana
Preparation
    Toss everything into blender.
    Blend until smooth and enjoy.
    If it's too thick add more milk until you reach a desired consistency.
