Breaded Fish Fillets A La Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean fish fillet, about 1/2 inch thick
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    4 teaspoons dry breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
