Spaghetti Sauce With Meatballs - cooking recipe

2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
0.25 (28 ounce) can water (or less as needed)
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 small yellow onion, minced
1 medium green bell pepper, minced
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 lbs frozen meatballs
Preparation

In a large pot saute onion, garlic, and green pepper in olive oil over medium heat until tender, then add remaining tomato and dry ingredients and continue stirring.
Increase heat, stirring frequently, until sauce comes to a light boil, then add frozen meatballs, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours until done.
