California Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Salad
3 cups shredded cabbage
1/3 - 1/2 cup raisins or 1/3-1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced green onion
Dressing
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine the dressing ingredients and blend well.
Pour dressing over salad, add salt and pper to taste, toss and serve.
