Old Timey Stewed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart cold boiled and sliced potato
    1 1/2 pints milk
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 tablespoon flour
    2 tablespoons butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put the potatoes in the double boiler, and dredge them with the salt, pepper and flour. Add the parsley, butter and milk. Cover, and put on to boil. Cook twelve minutes. Serve very hot.
    Refridgerates well for reheating.
