Arkansas Governor'S Mansion Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 ounces yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups carrots, grated
4 ounces coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Frosting
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 lb butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 lb powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil.
Add remaining cake ingredients.
Bake in a 9x13 pan for 35-40 minutes.
For frosting: Combine all ingredients; frost when cake is cool.
