Coleslaw With Cumin-Lime Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup fesh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 dashes hot sauce (Bobby Flay's or your favorite)
1/2 cup olive oil
3 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, toss with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
