Pineapple & Green Pepper Spread (Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 cup green pepper, diced
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except cream cheese.
    In a microwave safe bowl, soften cream cheese and then mix in pineapple mixture.
    Mix well and chill over night.
