Leftover Meatloaf Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups meatloaf, diced
    3 eggs
    2 cups potatoes, diced
    black pepper
    salt
    4 tablespoons butter
    5 tablespoons heavy cream
Preparation
    Parboil the potatoes until mostly done.
    melt the butter in a skillet.
    mix everything but eggs, and creamin a skillet.
    fry 15-20 minutes.
    scramble eggs with a fork and pour over hash.
    Cook 3-5 minutes.
    pour cream over top and serve.
