Berry Medley Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed berries (Berry Medley)
1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice, from concentrate
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 banana, peeled
1 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes
Preparation

Add the crushed ice and berries to the blender or food processor and pulse a couple of times.
Add Banana, yogurt and pineapple juice.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses.
Enjoy!
