Cocoa Raisin Cuffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Blend butter and cocoa.
Add applesauce.
Combine dry ingredients and add cocoa/butter mixture, egg and raisins.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 350 for 20 minutes.
