Tunnbrodsrulle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hot dogs (long, skinny ones)
    4 flour tortillas (or sandwich wraps)
    1 onion, sliced (or roasted onion flakes.)
    1 tomatoes
    iceberg lettuce, sliced (or torn)
    mustard
    ketchup
    butter (for frying)
    Mayonnaise dressing
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2/3 cup sweet cucumber relish
    Shrimp Salad
    5 tablespoons creme fraiche
    5 tablespoons mayonnaise
    400 g shrimp, cooked and hand peeled
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons ketchup
    2 teaspoons paprika
    Mashed Potatoes
    2 1/4 lbs potatoes
    3/4 cup milk
    1 ounce butter
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    1 teaspoon caster sugar
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together the mayonnaise dressing or the shrimp dressing.
    Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash, mixing in the other ingredients for the mashed potatoes.
    Fry the hotdogs in the butter.
    To assemble: Put two spoons of the mashed potatoes on tortilla. Add shrimp salad or the mayonnaise dressing, as well as lettuce and onions. Top with a hot dog, ketchup and mustard. Roll it together.
