Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 ounce) packages frozen spinach or 2 1/2 lbs fresh spinach
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon grated onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Blend other ingredients together then fold into hot spinach. Serve at once.
