Chicken And Cilantro Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 lb ground chicken
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
    2 scallions, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons asian sesame oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup cornstarch
    1/2 cup oil
Preparation
    Stir soy and vinegar together for a dippins sauce; set aside.
    In mixing bowl, add ground chicken, egg, chopped cilantro, scallions, sesame oil and salt.
    Spread cornstarch in a shallow baking dish 13 x 9 inch.
    With wet hands, form chicken mixture into 1 inch balls.
    Roll in cornstarch.
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
    Cook the chicken balls in hot oil 2-3 minutes until browned.
    Serve with dipping sauce.
