Toll House Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
FILLING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Mix batter ingredients until well mixed and thick.
Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins.
Bake at 375F degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
While that is baking, mix all filling ingredients together.
Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 Tbs. filling into each cup equally.
Bake again for about 15 minutes.
Let cool then enjoy.
