Wisconsin Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1 small red onion
    1/4 cup green pepper
    1/2 cup parsley
    1 medium carrot
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a food processor, shred cabbage. (or buy the pre-shredded like I do). Chop onion, pepper & parsley and add to cabbage. Shred carrot and add. In a small bowl combine the rest and pour over cabbage and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
