Creamy [Cheater] Bolognese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar store-bought marinara sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
fresh ground pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lb pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown and drain the beef.
Stir in the marinara sauce, mushrooms, black pepper, cayenne pepper and sugar; mix well.
Add the cream cheese and stir constantly until it melts into the sauce. Taste for seasoning. Toss with the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
