Cheesecake Factory Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1/2 lb ground veal
    3/4 cup large-curd cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 cup dry red wine
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon salt (to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Pack into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
