Aggie-Longhorn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    Add to taste
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
    1 (9 ounce) can can rotel, drained
    1 (4 -5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat and onion.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
    Add soups, Rotel & chiles.
    Simmer to blend flavors, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    For best flavor, make a day before serving. Good to serve from a crockpot.
    Do not freeze - it gets too runny!
