Ingredients

3 3 cups strawberries or 3 cups mangoes (or use any other fresh, frozen, unsweetened or canned fruit, drained)
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cube
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and serve!
