Pumpkin Ebelskivers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    cooking spray
    1 - 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    In small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, pumpkin, butter and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture until well blended.
    Spray cake pop wells with cooking spray. Fill each well with 1 tablespoon batter. Bake 3-5 minutes.
    Place powdered sugar in a paper bag. Add hot ebelskivers and toss to gently coat with sugar. Serve warm.
