Rice Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups cooked rice
    1 egg
    1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Press into the bottom and up sides of 9-inch GLASS pie plate.
    Microwave on HIGH till cheese is melted (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes).
