Easy Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bulk pork sausage
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 3/4 cups milk
    3 1/2 cups milk
    biscuit
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Sprinkle with flour.
    Gradually stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
    Serve over biscuits.
