Shredded Beet Carrot And Mint Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups coarsely shredded carrots
2 beets, peeled and coarsely shredded
1/2 cup of fresh mint, chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

In small bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, oil, vinegar and salt.
In large bowl, combine carrots, beets and mint. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
