Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until light
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/2 lemons, juice of
    1 lemon, zest of
    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pastry shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into the pastry shell.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes.
