Protein Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup oats, dry
2 scoops whey protein powder (1 servings worth)
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
stevia (sugar-fee sweetener of choice) or Splenda sugar substitute (sugar-fee sweetener of choice)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, blend well.
Pour into muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes.
