Black Bean, Avocado & Chicken Wrap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 avocado, mashed
    1/4 cup salsa
    2 ounces roasted chicken breast, chopped (or baked chicken breast)
    1/4 cup low-sodium canned black beans, rinsed, drained and lightly mashed
    2 small whole wheat tortillas
Preparation
    Mix salsa with avocado.
    Spread avocado mixture onto center of tortilla from end to end.
    Add beans and chicken on top.
    Tightly roll up tortilla.
