Tonkatsu Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

100 g tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin (cooking sake)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 piece gingerroot, grated
1 tablespoon mustard
1 garlic clove, mashed

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well together. Serve with tonkatsu.
