Chipotle Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
    4 garlic cloves, peeled
    3 chiles in adobo seasoning, plus 3 T. sauce
    1/2 medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
    1 cup cilantro leaf
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Add tomatoes and their juices, garlic, chiles, chipotle sauce, and onion to the bowl of a food processor. Blitz until slightly chunky.
    Add cilantro and lime juice, then pulse until salsa is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
