Vegetarian Pasta Fazool For Crockpot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cannellini beans
    12 ounces stewed tomatoes
    3 cups vegetable broth (or beef broth if not needing it to be vegetarian)
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 cup carrot, diced
    2 tablespoons garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 teaspoon thyme
    2 cups fresh spinach
    shell pasta
Preparation
    Combine the cannellini beans and tomatoes in a greased slow cooker insert. Add the broth, onion, carrots, garlic, rosemary, parsley and thyme to the insert. Cover and cook for four hours on high.
    Add the spinach; continue cooking for 10 minutes. Boil the small shell pasta until shells are al dente.
    Add pasta to serving dish, pour soup over.
