Mint Simple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup honey
    2 cups mint leaves, packed
Preparation
    Boil the sugar and water until dissovled.
    Add honey.
    Stir in mint and bring to a boil.
    Let steep until it turns green, about 1/2 hour.
    Pour through a sieve.
    Keep in refrigerator.
