Holiday Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups oven- roasted turkey
1/2 cup celery, medium diced
1 small Granny Smith apples, medium diced
1 cup almond accents honey roasted sliced almonds
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 cup dried cherries or 1/2 cup cranberries
1 1/4 cups marie's ranch dressing
8 cups mixed salad greens or 8 cups Baby Spinach, etc
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Cook turkey breast until cooked through and set aside to cool, then chop into medium pieces.
Combine celery and apples with Almonds Accents, dried fruit and parsley in a medium bowl.
Add chopped turkey, salt and pepper, and Marie's Ranch dressing and mix well.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Toss with greens immediately before serving.
