Ingredients

5 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 jumbo eggs, whole
5 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
5 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon 2% low-fat milk
2 tablespoons cherry preserves
3/4 multi-grain cereal (with nuts and fruit)
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 tablespoon salt
Preparation

Mix eggs, flower and 2 tbs of plain yogurt. Add milk, baking powder and stir rapidly with fork to mix all well. Hit pan with oil on medium. Pour 1/2 of mixture on hot pan, fry on both sides until golden brown.
Top with remaining yogurt and preserve. Sprinkle with cereal.
