Mexican Summer Side Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 ears fresh corn (organic is important to avoid genetic engineering)
    1 tomatoes, chopped
    1 avocado, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 pinch sea salt
    1 pinch cumin powder
    1 pinch chili powder
Preparation
    Shave the kernels off the corn cob with a sharp knife into a bowl and toss thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
