Strawberry Coconut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup frozen strawberries, diced
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Gently heat the sugar, butter and water until the sugar dissolves; let cool.
    Combine flour, baking powder, strawberries and coconut.
    Mix vanilla extract, egg and milk; add to the flour mixture.
    Pour in the butter mixture and mix just until combined.
    Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
    Bake 15-20 minutes.
